Membership (Prepaid Care) Agreement

Applies To: Prepaid Membership Plans (Platinum, Gold, Silver)

1. Description of Memberships
Memberships are prepaid vehicle maintenance plans designed for clients who want consistent care, reserved service capacity, and priority scheduling.
Memberships are offered in 6- or 12-month terms and are billed in full at the time of purchase.
Each membership applies to one vehicle per membership.
2. Membership Services
All memberships include recurring maintenance services based on the Signature Refresh package, delivered at the frequency associated with the selected membership tier (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
Service frequency, visit count, and vehicle limits are determined by the selected membership tier.
3. Payment Terms
• Memberships are prepaid in full at checkout.
• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once activated.
• No credits or refunds are issued for unused services.
4. Scheduling & Availability
• Memberships include reserved service capacity.
• Services are scheduled based on agreed service windows and availability.
• Clients are responsible for providing access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.
5. Missed or Unused Services
• Missed or unused services do not roll over, convert to credits, or extend the membership term.
• Memberships do not pause for travel, non-use, or client unavailability.
6. Weather & Service Conditions
• All services are weather-permitting.
• W.E. Detail may reschedule services due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions.
• Weather-related rescheduling does not extend the membership term.
7. VIP Benefits & Perks
Certain membership tiers may include priority scheduling, welcome care packages, or additional perks. Perks may vary by tier and availability and do not carry cash value.
8. No Investment Relationship
Memberships are prepaid service agreements only.
They do not create ownership, investment interest, repayment obligation, or financial return.
9. General Terms
• Memberships are subject to service area availability.
• Additional services outside the membership scope are billed separately.
• W.E. Detail reserves the right to update membership terms with notice for future enrollments.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing a membership, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Membership Terms.
