
PRESSURE WASHING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or approving an invoice with W.E. Detail, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to residential, commercial, and fleet/truck pressure washing services
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided by W.E. Detail are free and non-binding unless otherwise stated in writing.

Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of request, including property details, photos, and service scope.

Final pricing may be adjusted if additional services, time, labor, or equipment are required due to conditions not visible or disclosed during the estimate process.

Any pricing adjustments will be communicated and approved prior to service whenever possible.
Submitting an estimate request does not guarantee service availability or pricing until the estimate has been reviewed and approved.
Estimate Approval & Scheduling

Service is scheduled only after estimate approval.

Approval may be provided electronically, verbally, or in writing via phone, email, or text message.

Once approved, a service date will be confirmed based on availability and weather conditions.
For commercial or fleet services, recurring schedules or service agreements may be arranged upon request.
Invoicing & Payment

An invoice will be issued once service is completed, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice.

Failure to remit payment may result in delayed future services or cancellation of recurring agreements.
For commercial or fleet accounts, payment terms may be established prior to service commencement.
Communication Consent
By submitting an estimate request or approving service, you consent to receive communication from W.E. Detail regarding your service via:

Phone calls

Email
-
Text messages
These communications may include estimates, scheduling confirmations, service updates, invoices, and follow-up notifications.
You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying STOP to text messages or by notifying us in writing. Service-related communications may still be required to complete scheduled work.
Weather & Scheduling
Pressure washing services are weather-dependent.

W.E. Detail reserves the right to reschedule services due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions.

Customers will be notified as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
Liability & Surface Conditions
W.E. Detail is not responsible for damage resulting from:

Pre-existing surface conditions

Deteriorated materials
-
Improper installation
-
Water-sensitive surfaces not disclosed prior to service

Unsecured items left in the service area
It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any known issues, fragile surfaces, or areas of concern before service begins.
Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated as soon as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.
Agreement
By approving an estimate or scheduling service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
