Cancellation Policy

At W.E. Detail, we strive to provide exceptional service and flexibility to our valued customers. To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, please review our cancellation policy below: 1. Online Booking & Payment Information • All appointments must be booked online through our secure platform. • A valid card on file is required to confirm your booking. 2. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 1 hour before your scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment will incur a fee of 10% of the total service cost, charged to the card on file. 3. Membership-Specific Policy • Members must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule due to being out of town or other conflicts. This ensures we can adjust schedules accordingly and accommodate other customers. 4. Coupons & Discounts • Coupons or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to bookings or services. Please ensure any promotional codes are applied at the time of booking. By booking with W.E. Detail, you agree to these terms.
