Service Terms & Requirements

W.E. Detail – DMV Region To accommodate regional travel and service demands, the following terms apply to all DMV bookings. 1. Booking & Payment Requirements • All appointments must be booked online with full payment at booking. • Customers must select the DMV region; incorrect region selection may result in cancellation. 2. Access & Arrival Requirements • Vehicle must be fully accessible when the technician arrives. • If you will not be present, you must communicate key location, parking access, and instructions. • Failure to provide access within 15 minutes may result in cancellation. • Cancellation fees may be applied at our discretion based on travel distance, schedule disruption, and service type. 3. Personal Items & Vehicle Condition • All personal items must be removed prior to service. • W.E. Detail is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. • Excess clutter, debris, or conditions outside the booked package may require additional charges or rescheduling. 4. Weather, Safety & Environment • If weather or unsafe working conditions prevent proper service, we may reschedule, adjust timing, modify the service, or request relocation to a suitable area. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling • DMV cancellations must be made 2 hours in advance. • Requests under 2 hours, no-access situations, or incorrect-region booking may be treated as cancellations and charged at our discretion. 6. Communication Expectations • You must remain reachable by phone during your appointment window. • Failure to respond to access-related communication may lead to cancellation. 7. Content & Photo Release • You authorize vehicle photos for documentation and marketing unless you opt out in writing. • No personal identifiers will be shared. 8. Messaging & Notifications • By booking, you agree to receive confirmations, arrival alerts, service updates, and review invites. • Marketing communication is optional and requires opt-in. By booking a DMV appointment, you agree to these terms.
