At W.E. Detail, we prioritize transparency and exceptional service for all our mobile auto wash, detailing, and membership customers. Acceptance to Terms
By booking a service or purchasing a membership, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. You authorize W.E. Detail to provide the requested services and release us from liability for damages unless caused by negligence or willful misconduct.

Description of Binding Agreement
These terms serve as a binding agreement between the client (you) and W.E. Detail (our company) for mobile auto wash and detailing services. We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice. The most current version can be accessed via our website or booking platform. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
Online Booking: All services and membership sessions must be booked online to ensure accurate scheduling.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee of 10% of the service cost.
Rescheduling: Appointments canceled or impacted by weather must be rescheduled within 1 week to ensure sessions are completed within the membership period.

Membership Terms
Each membership applies to one vehicle only and cannot be transferred or used for another vehicle. All sessions must be completed within the membership period. Unused sessions will not roll over or be refunded. Membership renewal must be completed at least 24 hours before scheduling recurring services.

Authorizations
Clients grant W.E. Detail access to their property for the purpose of providing scheduled services. Customers must communicate the location of keys or coordinate entry to the vehicle prior to arrival to ensure a seamless start time. Additionally, arrangements should be made to determine where the vehicle will be placed after the service is complete. Failure to provide means of access or coordinate these details may result in a canceled session and delay in service.

Content Release & Use
Clients agree to allow W.E. Detail to use photos, videos, or reviews of their vehicle for advertising and training purposes. No sensitive information, such as names or addresses, will be shared. The client agrees not to seek punitive action in a civil court or law regarding the use of the above media.

Damages
W.E. Detail is responsible for damages resulting from operator error, negligence, or willful misconduct. Clients must report damages by the end of service completion. W.E. Detail will have 30 days to inspect and repair or contract repair for the damage.

Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking unless prior arrangements have been made.
Payments not received release W.E. Detail from any obligation to complete the service.
Payments overdue by 30 days may result in a suspension of services and legal action to collect outstanding balances.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued; however, future discounts may be applied to upcoming services at the discretion of W.E. Detail.
