WeDetail communicates with clients primarily to support service delivery, appointment accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This policy explains how and why we contact you, and what you agree to when providing your email address and/or mobile number.

Purpose of Communication

 

By providing your email address and/or mobile number during booking or inquiry, you consent to receive communications necessary for:

 

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, changes, and technician updates

  • Service-related follow-up messages

  • Customer support responses

  • Digital receipts and documentation

  • Updates necessary for completing, rescheduling, or clarifying your service

 

These messages are operational, not promotional.

You will not receive marketing blasts unless you separately opt into marketing communications.

 

Optional Promotional Opt-In

 

Marketing emails or texts are optional and separate from service operations.

 

You will only receive promotional offers, updates, or announcements if you explicitly select “Yes” on a marketing opt-in checkbox at booking or during sign-up.

 

You may unsubscribe at any time by selecting “unsubscribe” in emails or replying “STOP” to SMS.

 

SMS Messaging Details

 

By entering a mobile number:

 

  • You consent to receive SMS messages essential to completing your appointment

  • Message frequency varies based on your booking activity

  • Standard carrier message and data rates may apply

 

WeDetail does not use automated chatbots to conduct business. Technicians or support staff respond personally.

 

Email Messaging Details

 

By entering an email:

 

  • You consent to receive service confirmations, updates, rescheduling notices, receipts, and follow-up communication

  • Your email is used strictly for service delivery unless you choose to opt into marketing emails separately

 

Withdrawing Consent

 

You may withdraw communication consent at any time by:

 

  • Replying “STOP” to SMS messages

  • Selecting “unsubscribe” in marketing emails

  • Contacting us directly to request removal from messaging lists

 

Important:

Withdrawing from operational SMS/email may impact our ability to notify you about delays, access needs, or service changes. Clients remain responsible for arrival access obligations outlined in the Service Terms and Conditions.

 

Data Privacy & Protection

 

Your contact information is stored securely and never sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketers.

Information is shared only with systems used to manage appointments, payments, and support (e.g., scheduling software).

 

Acceptance of Policy

 

By booking a service, contacting WeDetail, or providing your mobile number/email, you acknowledge and agree to this Email & SMS Communication Consent Policy.

 

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect best practices or regulatory requirements. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
