Refund & Cancellation

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all detailing services provided by We Detail Everything LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”). By booking an appointment, You (“Client,” “You,” “Your”) agree to the following:

At WeDetail, we value professionalism, reliability, and clear communication. The following policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our technicians, whose schedules, travel, and preparation are impacted by every appointment.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

 

We understand that life happens and cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. To keep our schedule efficient and provide the highest level of service, all cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

 

We reserve the right to assess a cancellation fee for:

 

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment

  • Last-minute rescheduling

  • No-show appointments

  • Situations where the technician arrives and is unable to access the vehicle

 

Any cancellation fee is determined based on:

 

  • The service booked

  • Technician travel requirements

  • Time reserved for your appointment

  • The impact on the daily schedule

 

Clients will be notified before any fee is applied.

 

PAYMENTS

 

Payment for all services is required in full at the time of booking, unless an alternative arrangement has been approved in advance.

 

Unpaid or declined payments may result in:

 

  • Appointment cancellation

  • Suspension of future booking privileges

  • Additional steps required to verify future appointments

 

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us to resolve a concern may result in account restrictions.

 

 

REFUNDS & SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

 

All payments for detailing services are final, as technician time, travel, materials, and resources are allocated specifically for your appointment.

 

If you have a concern regarding your service, you must contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will evaluate the concern through photos, communication, or an in-person assessment.

 

Based on that evaluation, at our discretion we may offer:

 

  • A complimentary correction

  • A partial credit

  • A discounted re-service

  • A future service adjustment

 

Refunds are not issued, but reasonable adjustments may be made when appropriate.

 

 

PRE-SERVICE CONSULTATION

 

Every appointment includes a pre-service walk-through or vehicle check-in. During this consultation:

 

  • The technician assesses the vehicle’s condition

  • Achievable and expected results are communicated

  • Pre-existing issues or limitations are discussed

  • The client authorizes the service before work begins

 

This ensures transparent expectations without compromising the quality or value of our detailing services.

 

 

PERSONAL ITEMS

 

Clients must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the appointment. WeDetail is not responsible for:

 

  • Items left inside the vehicle

  • Lost, damaged, or misplaced belongings

  • Items discovered during service

 

If the technician must clear or move excessive items, an additional fee may be applied or the appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion.

 

 

WEATHER & UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS

 

If weather, unsafe working environments, or unexpected factors prevent safe completion of service, we may:

 

  • Reschedule the appointment

  • Modify the service

  • Relocate the service to a more suitable area

  • Adjust timing for technician safety

 

 

HOSTED & ON-SITE LOCATION CANCELLATIONS

 

For hosted or on-site service locations (e.g., office buildings, residential communities, parking structures):

 

If the host location restricts access, changes availability, or prevents service:

 

  • The appointment may be rescheduled

  • A cancellation fee may apply if the technician already traveled to the site.

AGREEMENT

By booking any service, You acknowledge You have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation policy agreement.
