Service Terms & Requirements

W.E. Detail – ATL Region To keep scheduling fair and operations smooth, the following terms apply to all residential services in Atlanta. 1. Booking & Payment Requirements • All services must be booked online. • Full payment is required at booking. • Customers are responsible for choosing the correct region (ATL). Incorrect region booking may result in cancellation. 2. Access & Arrival Requirements • Vehicle must be accessible at the scheduled time. • If you are not present, you must clearly communicate key location, parking details, gate codes, or instructions. • Failure to provide access within 15 minutes of technician arrival may result in cancellation. • We reserve the right to assess a cancellation fee based on: service booked, technician travel, time reserved, and impact on our schedule. 3. Personal Items & Vehicle Condition • All personal items must be removed before service. • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced belongings. • Technicians are not expected to clear excessive items; doing so may result in additional labor fees or rescheduling at our discretion. • Heavy debris, pet hair, stains, or conditions beyond the booked package may require additional charges. 4. Weather, Safety & Environment • If weather, unsafe conditions, or unexpected environmental factors prevent safe completion of service, we may: – reschedule your appointment – modify the service – relocate to a suitable area – adjust timing to ensure technician safety. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Requests must be submitted 2 hours before your scheduled time. • Requests made under 2 hours, no-access situations, or incorrect-location bookings may be treated as cancellations and subject to a fee at our discretion. 6. Communication Requirements • You agree to remain reachable during your appointment window. • Unresponsive communication that impacts service may result in cancellation. 7. Content & Photo Release • You authorize W.E. Detail to take before/after photos for marketing, documentation, or training. No identifying info is shared. • You may opt out in writing before your service. 8. Messaging & Notifications • By booking, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, arrival updates, service completion messages, and review requests. • Marketing messages are only sent if you opt in. By booking an ATL appointment, you confirm acceptance of these terms.
