Service Terms & Requirements
Corporate Service Policy By booking a service, you agree to the terms below. 1. Scheduling Appointments must be booked at least 3 hours in advance. For guaranteed availability, 4 hours is recommended. Same-day requests within a shorter window may only be accepted if the technician is already on-site or within reasonable travel distance. Service times may adjust based on workload, traffic, or weather. 2. Vehicle Access & Keys Customers must provide accurate parking details and inform the technician of key location before the appointment window. If access is not available at the scheduled time, service may be delayed, modified, or canceled. 3. Personal Items All valuables and loose items must be removed before service. Technicians do not handle personal belongings. We Detail is not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle. Pre-existing damage may be photographed before work begins. 4. Communication Customers agree to receive service-related messages by text, email, or phone. A working mobile phone must be available during the appointment for access or parking updates. Failure to respond may result in incomplete service. 5. Liability We carry commercial coverage including General Liability, Garage Keepers, and Workers Compensation. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, personal property, or incidents caused by improper parking or third parties. Damage caused by verified technician error will be handled under insured procedures. 6. Completion & Follow-Up A notification will be sent when service is complete. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours. Follow-up messages or review requests may be sent after service. 7. Conditions & Safety Services may require shaded or covered areas. Weather or garage restrictions may cause rescheduling. Customers must comply with campus parking rules. 8. Agreement By booking, the customer acknowledges this policy, confirms all information provided is accurate, agrees to required communication, and accepts the scheduling, access, and liability terms.
