Subscription Services Agreement

1. Description of Subscription Services

Subscription Services provide recurring vehicle maintenance following an initial full-detail service. Subscriptions are designed for flexibility and ongoing care at the frequency selected during booking (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

Each subscription covers one vehicle per subscription.

2. Billing & Payments
   •    Subscriptions are billed automatically at the selected frequency.
   •    Each billing cycle includes one maintenance service session.
   •    Pricing is based on selected frequency and vehicle type at the time of enrollment.
   •    The initial detail service is billed separately prior to recurring maintenance.

3. Scheduling
   •    Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
   •    Clients are responsible for booking services through their customer portal or approved communication channels.
   •    Missed or unused sessions do not roll over and do not result in refunds or credits.

4. Cancellation & Pausing
   •    Subscriptions may be paused or canceled at any time through the customer portal or by contacting W.E. Detail.
   •    Changes must be made prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

5. Weather & Service Conditions
   •    Services are weather-permitting.
   •    W.E. Detail reserves the right to reschedule services due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions.
   •    Missed services due to weather may be rescheduled at W.E. Detail’s discretion.

6. General Terms
   •    Subscriptions are non-transferable.
   •    Additional services or add-ons are billed separately.
   •    W.E. Detail reserves the right to update subscription pricing or terms with notice.

7. No Investment Relationship

Subscriptions are reoccuring agreements only.
They do not create ownership, investment interest, repayment obligation, or financial return.

9. General Terms
   •    Subscriptions are subject to service area availability.
   •    Additional services outside the subscription scope are billed separately.
   •    W.E. Detail reserves the right to update subscription terms with notice for future enrollments.

10. Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing a membership, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Subscription Terms.
